PROBLEM -Our customers were telling is that they couldn't reach us meaning that we were lossing customers because they could reach us to schedule appointments for their pets! We had used Mirrored Storage as our backup diaster recovery vendor for about a year and we shared our issues with our 20 year old phone system.
SOLUTION -Mirrored Stoage interviewed us and built what we wanted but didn't know which was a contact center. Our old onsite PBX has 4 lines so we started with 4 lines and we finally could see that we maxed that out in the first 10 miniutes. Mirrored Storage added virtual lines and dynamic expanding number of lines and we went to 14 linesthe first month. We started with an auto attendant to direct calls. We added a spacial mailbox for customer to order prescription refills and took a large portion of calls to allow use to focus on calls that required personal intereaction. Now there are 6 agents that can answer the phone when someone calls. We have a call queue that plays our custom message while they wait for an agent or they call leave a voicemail. As a result of this system we have growm our business!
