Fast Disaster Recovery Project

PROBLEM -We were and existing Mirrored Storage customer for backup & disaster recovery. We were running on old hardware and before our other IT company could get new hardware purchased and implemented our hardware failed right at the worst timeat the end of the year. Mirrored Storage was able to get our backed up server running on their local appliance in just a few minutes.

SOLUTION - Mirrored Storage was able to connect to their appliance they had onsite and start a backup of our server remitely in miniutes. However, out old server had several operating system issues including that it was years behind on patches and was Server 2003 that was out of support by Microsoft. Mirrored Storage was able to fix the patching issue and make it more more stable when we waited for new hardware to be purhcased, installed and base OS installed. Mirrored Storage was then able to migrated out data from the running DR version to new server.
